Due to lack of interest I.T. is now suspended until further notice

Computers at St Annes hall Dibden Purlieu.
We are getting some extra tuition through Totton College with Laptops on loan from the College. This is just ten weeks altogether and we are approximately in the middle of them.It is not only U3A here,so we are meeting others who are interested too, plus we have a few laughs, over a cuppa and a bun or Biscuit. Thats all for now because unfortunately I have lost the picture of busy bees at this class so I will do it again when they are not looking. Liz !!!Hooray, gone back the next day and found it.

IT eling
We are going to be able to borrow FOUR LAPTOPS for a minimal sum of £1 each to use on Wednesdays for the forseeable future. This will give us a boost, especially for those who want to try something a little more advanced.

Just to prove we do have computers in the Church at Eling, here is Sheila concentrating on her current task. In the background is Andy, who has recently joined us,also Christine who gives us a great deal of help in her own time, which is very much appreciated. Brian is there too and,Bert and another couple of people are lurking in the shadows, or in hiding because the camera was about.To be serious though we have a good group here and where possible we help each other too.

Computers Hythe
ST.ANNE'S COMMUNITY CENTRE, WARRYS CLOSE, NETLEY VIEW, HYTHE.
This is another venue for IT tuiton which has been made available to those of us who would like to find out more, or have only just decided to have a go.
For some of us, we have been dragged (screaming and kicking on the way) into the twentyfirst century. Others have gone along quietly rather than make a fuss and ,found it can be fun as well.
If you want to try it, or find out more, having already given it a go, ring 02380879726 to arrange a time to go between 9.30am &1.00pm Tuesday&Wednesday are good days to go for.
